Six Civil Aviation Authority Officials Complete World-Class Aviation Training in UK – Startup Pakistan
Six regulatory inspectors from the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have successfully completed advanced aviation training in the UK, with funding from the British Government.
This training program, organized under the leadership of DGCAA Nadir Shafi Dar and in partnership with the British Department for Transport (DFT), covered important topics such as regulatory oversight, security, cargo handling, and various airport operations.
During the training, the inspectors visited several UK airports to gain hands-on experience in sophisticated regulatory systems and learn about modern operational practices.
DGCAA Dar emphasized that this initiative aims to provide CAA inspectors with the skills needed to meet international aviation standards, which will help strengthen Pakistan’s aviation sector.
The goal of this training is to improve the CAA’s ability to oversee and manage aviation operations more effectively, while also enhancing Pakistan’s global competitiveness in the aviation industry. The inspectors’ newly acquired knowledge is expected to bring improvements to the overall safety and efficiency of aviation in Pakistan.
