explains Eshal Amin, who has been awarded her second Best Delegate award this year, following her success at Yale. “Now that I am confident in my MUN debating skills, I intend to chair a UN Conference next.”
“This was my first conference ever, and I was determined to win the Best Delegate award. I had been rigorously practicing for months under Coach Murtaza Jafry’s mentorship,” said Hadi
Imran, who was awarded Best Delegate in his debut conference. “I was extremely confident in my abilities because Sir Murtaza had prepared me for every aspect of the conference, including speeches, lobbying, and questioning techniques.”
“Diplomacy with the right people at the right time is the essence of the conference,” recalls Ayan Zuberi, sharing his experiences. “I was able to strategize effectively because Sir Murtaza was constantly guiding me throughout the conference, advising me on how to proceed with each
step.”
Coach Murtaza Jafry’s philosophy is built on the idea that ideas have the power to change the world. To harness this power, he believes children must develop robust personalities, strong character, and exceptional problem-solving skills. Through international events, he seeks to
equip students with diplomacy skills, expose them to global perspectives, and instill confidence in their abilities. By doing so, Coach Jafry hopes to awaken Pakistani students to their innate potential and competitive advantage, enabling them to shine brightly on the international stage.
With this conference, renowned Team MJ has achieved a remarkable milestone: producing an astonishing 100 Best Delegates globally.
