- At least one year of working as a Human Resource professional, using Human Resource Information System, such as People First, PeopleSoft, ADP, etc.
- One year of experience applying rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Experience creating and responding to verbal and written requests.
- Experience creating, organizing, and distributing data and reports.
- Proven skill in analyzing and interpreting data.
PREFERENCES:
- Experience with the performance management planning and evaluation process
- Experience processing personnel/compensation actions in People First
- Experience processing classification actions in People First
- Knowledge of Human Resource principles
- Experience in job classification process
- Knowledge of State of Florida Personnel Rules
