All Exmark products are designed to help customers increase productivity, while delivering unmatched quality.What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with Exmark, you will be responsible for:
- Operates/adjusts the manual and automatic powder coat equipment to meet company paint and quality specifications.
- Installs, maintains and repairs the equipment/system following specific codes, manuals, diagrams, blueprints, etc., using hand tools, power tools, electrical and electronic test equipment (i.e. amp meter).
- Replaces faulty components such as relays, switches, motors and sensing devices using hand tools; diagnoses, repairs and replaces.
- Develops a preventive maintenance service log and schedule for the powder coat equipment and system, and maintains the equipment accordingly.
- Adjusts thermostat to maintain specified temperature in wash tanks.
- Inspects painted units for runs, sags and unpainted areas.
- Cleans paint from ceiling and walls of booth, conveyor hooks or grid, from disks, cones, spray heads and hoses.
- Performs visual checks of quality of parts being hung.
- Operates forklift and performs daily checks as required by OSHA regulations.
- Loads and moves materials to work area.
- Maintains proper chemical balance in tanks. Checks titration as required. Documents results for E.P.A. log.
- Maintains individual P.P.E.
- Completes necessary paperwork. Inventories paint and chemicals on a monthly basis.
- Develops racks for maximum benefit.
- Performs periodic maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment, and other housekeeping as required
- Continually strives to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.
- Willingly performs other duties as assigned by supervisors.
