Position Overview

The Legal Advisor will be responsible for managing legal proceedings in different courts, particularly in the South Zone of Islamabad, and potentially throughout Pakistan. The role involves recommending and implementing the best legal solutions tailored to NATCO’s needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification:

• Candidates must hold an LLB degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC)-recognized university or possess an equivalent professional qualification. A foreign qualification from a reputable university and higher qualifications are advantageous.

Experience:

• Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a legal advisor, particularly in high courts. Essential skills include high-level written and oral communication, expertise in corporate legal matters, and a thorough understanding of HR/labor law and relevant rules and procedures.

Job Location and Requirements

The position is based at NATCO’s Islamabad office and requires frequent travel to Gilgit-Baltistan and other locations as needed. The role demands flexibility and the ability to manage legal services across Pakistan.
