Lawyer Filed Petition in Lahore High Court to Impose Ban on Pakistani Cricketers Traveling Abroad with Families – Startup Pakistan

A petition has been filed in the Lahore High Court by Advocate Faisal Waheed, asking for a ban on Pakistani cricketers bringing their families on international tours. The petition also calls for full transparency about the expenses involved.

PCB, Chief Selector, Team Manager, Head Coach, and Captain Babar Azam are named in the petition.

Advocate Waheed argues that, given the team’s poor performance in the recent T20 World Cup and the high costs to the public, there should be a detailed report on how tour funds are spent and on the salaries of officials.

The petition seeks to ensure that public money is used effectively and that the performance of the cricket team is not negatively affected by these issues.
