CM Maryam Nawaz Inaugurates First Government-Led Autism School – Startup Pakistan

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken an important step to help people with autism by starting the construction of the first government-run autism school in Lahore. This modern school will be completed within a year and will have 11 classrooms for younger students and 10 classrooms for older students.

The school will also include special facilities like a speech therapy room, a general therapy room, a pre-vocational training room, and a computer room. These features are designed to give students with autism a complete and supportive learning experience.

Maryam Nawaz spoke about how important it is to treat children with autism with love and care, saying that this project is very special to her. Through this initiative, she aims to offer equal opportunities to those with autism and support their growth and education. She hopes this school will create an inclusive environment where every child can learn and succeed.
