A Grand Showcase of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Excellence – Startup Pakistan
Zindigi Prize, Pakistan’s largest entrepreneurial competition, concluded its Islamabad Regionals with a spectacular closing ceremony at the Institute of Space Technology (IST). The event saw the participation of over 85 startups, with HealthNest from Khyber Medical University emerging as the winner for their innovative solutions. Whisper Frames from PIEAS and Fraps from NUST secured the runner-up positions.
The event kicked off with a dynamic opening ceremony at IST, setting an energetic tone for the three-day extravaganza. Day two featured workshops on marketing, idea pitching, fundraising, and scaling startups. Attendees were inspired by motivational speeches from prominent Pakistani entrepreneurs, while a Speed Dating session provided dynamic interactions between students and over 20 industry experts, who offered invaluable feedback on startup concepts.
Noman Azhar, Chief Officer at Zindigi, expressed his enthusiasm for the event, stating, “Zindigi Prize was launched with the vision of becoming Pakistan’s first international homegrown entrepreneurial platform, and we are excited to see how far it has progressed. Our dedication to giving back to society remains central to our mission, and the Zindigi Prize exemplifies that commitment.”
Noman has also mentored several projects and recently led an insightful session with students on entrepreneurship and digitization in Pakistan.
