Can Jon Jones beat Francis Ngannou?
Jon Jones is arguably the GOAT of not only light heavyweight but mixed martial arts, depending on how you see his PED use.
He’s dominated and smashed many notable names like Rampage Jackson, Rashad Evans, Alexander Gustafsson, and Daniel Cormier.
And given that many of his opponents were heavy hitters, and that he beat a heavyweight great in Daniel Cormier twice, that might mean that Jon is well-equipped to handle Francis Ngannou.
But on the other hand, you can argue that the size might make a big difference, and we have yet to see Jon Jones weigh in as a heavyweight.
And then we have the Predator. Francis Ngannou is the reigning and defending heavyweight champion.
He has only UFC 2 losses, one of which was avenged against the arguable heavyweight GOAT Stipe Miocic.
And he has finished some of the most dangerous names at heavyweight, such as Rozenstruik, JDS, Andrei Arlovski, Cain Velasquez, Curtis Blaydes, and Alistair Overeem.
